ABOUT ME
MICHAL MAXA
I am a personal trainer in fitness, running and cycling. Sport has been a part of my life since childhood.
I primarily focused on track and field at the top level and was a regular participant in national championships.
Over time I began to devote myself intensively to fitness in its various forms and studied how to understand the human body, its anatomy and its language.
I believe that life and everything in it is a choice. I have chosen to live life in a healthy and strong body.
Health is the most valuable commodity and it is just up to us how we take care of it.
